1. General Provisions

bsji (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming platform that provides slots, sports betting, casino games, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

These terms form a binding agreement between bsji and the user. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are requested to refrain from using this platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and play on bsji. Any account belonging to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance associated with that account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is considered a violation of these terms and all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the permanent closure of your account.

• Your full name (as on your national identity card)
• An active mobile number or email address
• Your correct date of birth
• Valid payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account)

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your bsji account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. bsji will never ask you for your password.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are supported for deposits on bsji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (via any method)
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Your identity verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bsji offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving you ৳2,200 to play with; or deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only (on the bonus amount alone, not on the deposit + bonus combined).

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus applies once per account
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account
• bsji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time
• Read the wagering terms and conditions in full before activating a bonus

6. Gaming Rules

All games on bsji are operated under a fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is audited and impartial.

In the sports betting section, bet outcomes depend on the results of actual sporting events. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was incorrectly recorded due to a technical error.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game or bet, the relevant round may be voided and the bet will be refunded
• If there is a dispute over a game result, bsji's decision will be considered final
• Using automated software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bsji. If any of them are proven, the account may be closed and all funds forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Abusing the bonus system or operating an account solely for the purpose of collecting bonuses
• Knowingly exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Conducting financial transactions through third parties or money laundering
• Defrauding or threatening other users
• Using automated bots or hacking software
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems

8. Responsible Gaming

bsji reserves the right to close or suspend any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Failure to complete identity verification, or evidence of providing false information
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

12. Changes & Amendments

bsji reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through their registered contact details.
